What type of delivery options do you offer?

Orders can be shipped USPS Priority which has tracking and arrival times of 2-3 business days in the continental United States. 

Do you offer cheaper options like First Class mail for USPS?

Sorry not at this time but might in the next few months.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Not at this time but might offer it in the next few months.

What type of packaging do you use when fulfilling my orders?

We ship typically ship via USPS, and use standard USPS packaging and poly bags. These bags, though plastic, are recyclable where facilities exist. 

Production speeds

It takes about 2-5 business days to create your items. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

Shipping speeds

Speed depends on destination:

  • To USA: 3-5 business days via USPS
  • To Canada: 5-10 business days via USPS
  • Worldwide: 10-20 business days via USPS 1st class int'l

Custom fees notice

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. We are not responsible for these fees.

RETURNS

Can I cancel / amend my order?

As long as it's within 24 hours of placing your order and we haven't started printing, then yes you can. To cancel or amend your order please get in touch with us at puretides@gmail.com

Can I return my product for a refund?

We want you to love what you've purchased. If, for some crazy reason, you don't, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns made within 14 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 14 days, we can offer you an exchange/credit.

There is something wrong with my print or product

We’re sorry to hear that! We want you to be happy with your product. If you receive the wrong product or a faulty one, please let us know right away and we will make things right as soon as possible.  Drop us a line at puretides@gmail.com and tell us what’s wrong. If it’s been printed incorrectly, we’ll send you a free replacement.
